Saltwater Pearl is on a street in Ilfracombe, up from the harbour. It's a townhouse, so it's tall and thin. You've got neighbours on one side.
It sleeps eight in four bedrooms. Two of those are super kings, one is a bunk room, and the biggest one is right at the top with its own shower. There are two bathrooms in total. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything is clean and works.
Downstairs there's a living room and a kitchen with a table. The kitchen has doors out to a small courtyard at the back. It gets the sun in the afternoon. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher.
You can walk to the beaches and the harbour. That's the main point. You can park the car and not use it again if you don't want to. The harbour has shops, places for fish and chips, and the Verity statue by Damien Hirst.
The stairs are standard for a house like this. They're fine, but there are quite a lot of them because of the three floors.
If you want to go out, the South West Coast Path is right there. Hillsborough is a good local walk. For a day trip, you can get the boat over to Lundy Island. Exmoor National Park is about half an hour's drive. The big surfing beaches like Woolacombe and Croyde are about twenty minutes by car.
Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. No pets, I'm afraid.
