Mill Cottage
Mill Cottage is at Trimstone Manor, near the village of Ilfracombe. It's one of seven places here on the estate.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean, but it's not a hotel.
The living area is upstairs. It's open plan, so everyone's together. That's the layout. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are provided. There's parking right outside.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
The cottage has its own garden. The main reason people come here is for the shared things on the estate. There's an indoor heated swimming pool, a small gym, and a games room. There are fields for games or a barbecue. There's also a collection of birds like chickens, geese, and peacocks wandering about.
The on-site restaurant isn't open for lunch or dinner, just breakfast and afternoon tea. They'll give you a list of good local pubs and restaurants.
Location wise, you're about three miles from the coast. Woolacombe beach is a short drive. It's a good sandy beach for surfing or just being by the sea. Braunton is nearby, which is the gateway to Saunton Sands and Croyde.
For a day out, Ilfracombe has a harbour and shops. Exmoor National Park isn't far if you want walking. Barnstaple is the main town for proper shops, a market, and a cinema.
