It's 5 Devon Beach Court, on The Esplanade in Woolacombe. It's an apartment, part of a small block. You're right across the road from Barricane Beach. The main Woolacombe beach is about five minutes' walk down the road.
It sleeps four. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It has a 4 Star rating. The main thing is the position. You can get to the sand in a couple of minutes, and back just as fast if the weather changes.
There's a private roof terrace with a bit of a sea view towards Lundy. There's also a communal patio area that gets the evening sun over the bay.
Inside, it's been done up. There's a smart TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine. Bedding is included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is on site.
The village has shops, cafes, and pubs. They're about a ten minute walk. Barricane Beach, the one opposite, has a cafe that does curry in the evenings. People take it to eat on the beach for the sunset.
For walking, the South West Coast Path runs right past. Exmoor National Park is about half an hour inland by car. Ilfracombe is 15 minutes away for bigger shops, or boat trips to Lundy. Barnstaple is the main town for anything else.
