Capstone Reach is on Ilfracombe high street. It's on the third floor. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living space with a kitchen. It sleeps five.
The 4 Star rating means it's comfortable and well-equipped. It's not huge, but it's enough. Two of the rooms have a really nice view out towards Capstone Hill and the sea. You can see water from the windows.
The beach and the Landmark Theatre are about half a mile away. Everything in the town is on your doorstep, which is handy. The stairs inside the flat are fine, but remember you're on the third floor to begin with. There's no lift.
You can bring one dog. Bedding and towels are included. There's a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and a TV. Parking is on street, so you might have to look for a space.
Ilfracombe itself is a proper working harbour. Damien Hirst's "Verity" statue is on the pier. You can get boat trips out to Lundy Island from there, or just eat fish and chips. The South West Coast Path runs right through the town if you want to walk.
Within about half an hour's drive you've got a lot. Exmoor National Park starts not far inland. The Tarka Trail for cycling is nearby. Watermouth Castle is just along the coast. Lynton and Lynmouth are about forty minutes east, with that cliff railway.
