Fisher
Fisher is an apartment in a building called The Admiral's House in Ilfracombe. It's one of five flats here. The building is right on the edge of the harbour. Your windows look straight out over the water.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom en suite. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well looked after. It's all on one floor, no stairs inside.
You're right in the middle of things. Shops, pubs, cafes, it's all a couple of minutes walk. You can watch the fishing boats come in from the window. Sometimes you can buy crab or lobster straight off the boat.
Outside the front door is the start of the South West Coast Path. You can walk to Hillsborough Nature Reserve from there, or to the small coves. Hele Bay beach is a short walk. There's a small sandy beach for paddling right below the building.
The summer ferry to Lundy Island leaves from this harbour. The Waverley paddle steamer sometimes does trips from here too. The Landmark Theatre is about five minutes walk away.
For days out, Woolacombe and Croyde for surfing are a short drive. Exmoor is close. The cliff railway at Lynton and Lynmouth is about twenty minutes by car. There are lots of National Trust properties and gardens nearby.
In the flat there's a washing machine, WiFi, TV, and all bedding and towels are included. A cot and highchair are available if you need them. No pets.
