Hayloft
This is the Hayloft. It's in Berrynarbor, up in North Devon.
It's a single-level conversion, so all on one floor. It used to be a stone hay store on the farm. Sleeps two, one bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean.
You get a private, fenced garden and patio. It's quiet here. The village wins awards for being pretty. There's a community shop and post office, and an old pub, both about half a mile away.
You're at the bottom of the Sterridge valley. You can walk to the Southwest Coastal Path from here. It's two miles to the edge of Exmoor. Combe Martin beach, with its rock pools, is also about two miles. Ilfracombe is four miles away. They've got a theatre and an indoor pool there.
Woolacombe's big sandy beach is eight miles. Barnstaple is about a twenty minute drive for shops and markets. Lynton and Lynmouth are a nice scenic drive, maybe forty minutes.
Facilities: it's all open plan inside. There's parking, WiFi, a shower. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
