Chapel Cottage

Chapel Cottage is in Kentisbury Ford. It's a bungalow so everything's on one floor. That's useful if you don't fancy stairs. It's detached, so you've got your own space.

It sleeps three. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after. The patio garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs. We allow two.

The place has a washing machine and a dishwasher. There's a cot if you need it. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there.

You're a bit out in the countryside here. There's a shop about a ten minute walk away. A pub is about a mile and a half, and there's a restaurant a bit closer.

The coast is about a twenty minute drive. Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton have the big sandy beaches. Combe Martin and Lee Bay are good for rock pools. The scenery around Lynton and Lynmouth is dramatic, where Exmoor meets the sea.

For a day out, the Arlington Court estate is nice for a walk. The Exmoor National Park is right on your doorstep for more walking or cycling. In Barnstaple, about six miles away, you've got the pannier market and shops.
