Brook View
Brook View is in Combe Martin. It's a lower ground floor apartment underneath our house. You get your own garden and parking for one car.
It sleeps four, but that's in one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. So it's best for a couple, maybe with two kids. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's clean and fairly new. The shower is a good size.
You access it mainly through the kitchen door, which has some steps down. The garden is a proper feature. There's a patio with a table, a lawn, and at the bottom there's a little bistro table right by the brook. You can hear the water running.
The local beach is about a mile and a half away. Combe Martin beach gets great sunsets. There's a pub and restaurant half a mile up the road. The Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park is literally on the doorstep. You can sometimes hear the animals in the evening.
Ilfracombe is a short drive away. It's got a harbour, the usual shops, and the Verity statue. You can get boat trips from there to see seals or go fishing.
For walks, you've got the South West Coast Path and the Tarka Trail. Exmoor National Park is about six miles away. Lynton and Lynmouth is about 13 miles, with that cliff railway.
Inside, it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a Smart TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
