Brambley Meadow

Brambley Meadow is a farmhouse in Dean, Devon. It's a real old place. The history goes back a long way.

It sleeps ten people in six bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. The rating is 4 Star. It's a farmhouse so there's a lot of living space, which is good for a big group.

The house is detached. You've got ten acres to explore here. It's a working farm, so there are animals. You're welcome to walk around the fields.

Outside, there's a big patio area with a hot tub. There's also a garden. Parking is on site.

Inside, it's got the things you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Woodburning stove. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.

You can bring two dogs.

The location is at the edge of Exmoor, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You can walk straight from the door into the countryside.

The coast is about five miles away. Combe Martin village is nearby, with a beach good for rock pooling. Ilfracombe is a bit further, that's a proper harbour town with more going on.

For a day out, Exmoor is right there for walking. The National Trust at Arlington Court is close. So are places like the Combe Martin Dinosaur Park and Watermouth Castle.

The famous surf beaches are at Croyde and Woolacombe, that's about a 30 minute drive.

The nearest shop and pub are in the village, about two miles away.

This place can be booked together with the smaller cottage next door if you have an even bigger group.
