Lynton Cottage
Lynton Cottage is in Combe Martin. It's a detached house, so you've got your own space. It's about a mile from the beach.
The house sleeps seven people. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. We keep it clean and tidy. The shower has grab rails fitted.
There's a decent local shop about 150 yards away for basics. A pub is about five minutes' walk, and a restaurant is about the same.
Combe Martin's beach is sandy and good for rock pooling. You can hire kayaks and bodyboards from the seafront shops if you want to. The village has a few pubs and cafes along the main street.
If you want to go further out, Ilfracombe is about five miles. It's got a harbour, the Verity statue, and the Victorian Tunnels Beach. Exmoor Zoo is about ten miles away. For a proper day out walking, you're right on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cliff railway between Lynton and Lynmouth is worth a trip. Surf beaches like Woolacombe and Croyde are within a half hour drive.
At the house, there's a patio garden, a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding is included. There's parking on site. We don't allow pets. The property is decorated for Christmas if you book over that period.
