Serenity Valley

This is Serenity Valley in Berrynarbor. It's a detached house from about 1910. Sleeps seven across four bedrooms. There's one bathroom, which has a proper old-fashioned freestanding bath with a shower over it.

Downstairs there's a living room, a dining room with a Rayburn, and a big kitchen and day room. The day room has another large TV. The kitchen has everything, including a coffee machine. There's a utility room with a washing machine and a separate loo.

The garden is a good size, mostly lawn. There's a separate, raised bit that's fully enclosed, which is handy if you've got dogs or small children. We've left a firepit out there too.

The village is nice and quiet, about two miles from Combe Martin and the beach. The local pub is a short walk.

You're close to a lot here. Combe Martin has the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. Ilfracombe is about ten minutes by car for boat trips. Exmoor National Park is about twenty minutes inland. The Tarka Trail starts in Barnstaple, which is a fifteen minute drive.

For walks, you've got the South West Coast Path on your doorstep and the Cairn Woodland Nature Reserve nearby.

Facilities: it's got a 4 Star rating. There's parking for a couple of cars. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. Up to three dogs are welcome. The garden is enclosed.
