Mill Apartment
Mill Apartment is in Trimstone, Devon. It's part of the Trimstone Manor place. It's a first-floor apartment, so you'll have stairs to get up to it.
It sleeps four. It has one main bedroom and then, I think, a sofa bed in the living area for the other two. One bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but don't expect luxury. It's open plan inside.
You get a patio area. The grounds are shared with the other cottages here. There are fields, a formal garden, and they keep some poultry like chickens and peacocks around. The main thing people like is the indoor heated swimming pool, which is shared. There's also a small gym and a games room. Parking is on site.
The on-site restaurant does breakfast and cream teas, but it's not open for lunch or evening meals. They'll give you a list of good local places for that. There's a lounge bar too.
You're about three miles from the coast at Woolacombe. That's where the big sandy beach and the surf schools are. The beaches at Saunton and Croyde are also close. A shop and a local pub are about three miles away.
If you want to explore, Braunton is nearby and has access to the Tarka Trail for cycling. Ilfracombe has a harbour and shops. Exmoor National Park isn't far. For a day out, you could go to places like Clovelly, the Big Sheep park, or RHS Garden Rosemoor. All within about a half hour drive.
Facilities wise: it has WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher, and a shower. Bedding and towels are included. You can have a cot and highchair if needed. Up to two pets are allowed.
