Croyde
This is Croyde. It's a first-floor studio apartment at Trimstone Manor, near Braunton in North Devon. It's good for two people.
The place itself is fairly simple. It has one bedroom area, one bathroom, and the living space is open plan. It's got a 3 Star rating. There's a patio that looks out over the gardens.
You're not renting the whole manor house. You're renting one apartment among several. The grounds and the shared facilities are for everyone staying here. That includes an indoor heated swimming pool, a small gym, and a games room. The gardens are big, with fields you can use. There's also a collection of poultry on the site, so you'll see chickens, geese, and peacocks around.
There's a lounge bar on site. The restaurant here does breakfast and cream teas, but it's not open for lunch or dinner. They can give you a list of local places to eat.
Location wise, it's about three miles to the coast. The big beaches like Croyde, Saunton, and Woolacombe are a short drive away. Braunton village, about three miles, has shops and is the start of the Braunton Burrows dunes. For a proper day out, Ilfracombe has a harbour and shops. Exmoor Zoo and Watermouth Castle aren't far.
If you want to explore, Exmoor National Park is within reach. Barnstaple has a theatre, cinema, and a market. You're also not far from the Tarka Trail for cycling, or places like Clovelly and Appledore.
