This is apartment 11 at Ocean Point in Saunton. It's a top floor flat, a penthouse. Sleeps four, two bedrooms, one bathroom. No pets.
It's new, clean, and comfortable. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means everything works well and it's a high standard. Underfloor heating, wooden floors, that sort of thing. It's all on one level from the back, so no stairs inside.
The main thing is the view. You've got a terrace out the front looking right over the coast. It's a proper view. You can see the sea and the headlands.
It's a five minute walk down to Saunton Sands. It's a huge beach. Great for walking, or surfing if you're into that. The South West Coast Path runs right past. You can walk to Croyde or towards Braunton. There's a communal garden here too if you don't fancy the beach.
Saunton golf course is right there if you play. Two links courses by the sea.
For getting about, you're close to the Tarka Trail for cycling. Braunton is a few minutes drive for shops. Barnstaple is about fifteen minutes. Ilfracombe and Woolacombe are maybe twenty minutes by car.
It's got a parking space, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine. All the things you'd expect.
If you need more space, the apartment next door (number 12) can be booked at the same time.
