It's modern, built a few years ago. It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-finished and comfortable. The underfloor heating works nicely. You access it from the rear on the level, which is useful.
You're about a five minute walk from Saunton Sands beach. The path is right there too. The famous surfing beaches at Croyde and Woolacombe are a short drive away, maybe ten or fifteen minutes.
If you play golf, Saunton Golf Club is right on your doorstep. The Tarka Trail is nearby for cycling or walking. It's a good way to see the countryside without using the car.
The place has an allocated parking space inside a gated entrance. There's a shared garden as well, if you fancy a sit outside without going to the beach.
