Galleon's Reach is a first-floor apartment in Instow. It looks out over the estuary towards Appledore.
Sleeps four. Two bedrooms. One bathroom. It's a 4 Star, which is good. It's clean and comfortable, not palatial. You can bring one dog.
The apartment is just off the main lane. There's parking on site.
Instow village is about a five minute walk down the road. You've got a couple of shops, a few places to eat, and the pub. The beach is sand dunes. Good for kids and dogs. You can walk along the front for miles.
Bideford is ten minutes by car. They run the boat to Lundy Island from there. Westward Ho! is about a fifteen minute drive for a bigger beach and surf.
For a day out, Exmoor is maybe half an hour east. Clovelly, Hartland Quay, and that bit of coast are about forty minutes west. The Tarka Trail is right here if you want to cycle or walk it.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect: dishwasher, washing machine, towels and bedding included, WiFi and TV.
