Galleon's Reach is a first-floor apartment in Instow. It looks out towards Appledore across the estuary.
It's got two bedrooms and sleeps four. One bathroom. It's a 4 Star, so it's comfortable and well kept. You're up a flight of stairs to get to the front door, just so you know.
It's a short walk down into the village. Instow's got a couple of shops, places to eat, and a pub or two. The beach is sandy with dunes. It's good for a walk at any time of year.
Bideford is a few minutes' drive if you need a bigger supermarket. You can get the boat to Lundy Island from there. Westward Ho! is the other direction, about ten minutes by car, for a longer beach and surfing.
For a day out, Exmoor is to the east. To the west, you've got the North Devon coast and places like Clovelly. The Tarka Trail starts in the village, which is good for walking and cycling.
Inside, there's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. WiFi and a TV. There's parking right outside. You can bring one dog.
