Teal Cottage
Teal Cottage is in Instow. It's a semi-detached house. You can see the water from the front. The beach is about five minutes walk away, it's sand and has a long promenade.
It sleeps two people. Two bedrooms but they're both doubles, so it's really for either one couple or maybe two friends. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's in good order.
You can bring one dog.
Instow itself is small. There's a shop and a few pubs and restaurants about four minutes walk away. They are good, some of them look out over the estuary. The Tarka Trail goes right through the village, it's good for walking or cycling on. You can get the little ferry across the water to Appledore from the quay.
Westward Ho! and its big beach are about four miles away, that's where the surfers go. Bideford is two miles for bigger shops. RHS Rosemoor is ten miles if you like gardens. Boat trips to Lundy Island go from Bideford.
There's a dishwasher, a washing machine, WiFi, a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a garden space and parking on site. We can provide a cot and a highchair.
