Black Sea Horse

Black Sea Horse is a detached house on the edge of Westward Ho! It's a few minutes' walk down into the village proper.

It sleeps six people across three bedrooms, with three bathrooms. Two of those are ensuite. The beds are all either super king or king size, and two of them can be made up as singles if you ask beforehand. It's got a 4 Star rating.

The layout is upside down. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. Upstairs is the main living space. It’s open plan, with big bi-fold doors that open onto a balcony. The balcony has seating. There's also an enclosed garden downstairs that gets the sun.

Outside, there's a six-person hot tub on a private deck.

Westward Ho! beach is a short walk away. It's a long, flat, sandy beach. Good for surfing, walking, and kite flying. The village has pubs, shops, cafes, and amusement arcades.

The house has direct, private access onto the South West Coast Path. It's right there for walks across the Northam Burrows.

Bideford is a short drive. You can get the MS Oldenburg ferry from there out to Lundy Island. Appledore and Clovelly are nearby fishing villages. Instow is just across the estuary.

For local attractions, there's The Big Sheep, The Milky Way adventure park, and Hartland Abbey. The Royal North Devon Golf Club is at Westward Ho!

Facilities in the house include a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. A travel cot and highchair are there if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
