Black Sea Horse
Black Sea Horse is in Westward Ho! It's a detached house, modern built, about a ten minute walk from the beach. You get your own garden and a balcony. It's very private.
It sleeps six people. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have their own shower ensuite. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and in good order. The living area is upstairs, so you get a bit more of a view from the lounge.
There's a patio with a six-person hot tub, and the garden is enclosed. The sofas and beds are decent. The bi-fold doors are good on a sunny day. You don't need to bring your own bed linen or towels.
Westward Ho! beach is the main thing here. It's a long, sandy beach, good for walking, surfing, or just sitting. The village has the usual seafront things: cafes, fish and chips, arcades, a few pubs. It's handy.
If you want to explore, Appledore is a nice fishing village just over the water. Clovelly is about twenty minutes drive away, but it's steep and you pay to get in. Bideford has a market and you can get the boat to Lundy Island from there. Instow is good for a pint by the water.
The South West Coast Path runs right past the resort. You can walk for miles in either direction. The Royal North Devon Golf Club is right next door at Westward Ho!
For facilities: it's got a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking for two cars on the drive. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs. The bed in one of the rooms can be split into two singles if you let us know beforehand.
