Riverside Apartment
Riverside Apartment is in Bideford, right by the River Torridge. It's a ground floor flat, so everything's on one level. The main thing is the view. You look straight out over the river towards Instow.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-kept.
You get a small private patio area with a table and chairs. There's also a bit of woodland path along the riverbank you can use. Parking is right there on site.
The Tarka Trail is basically on your doorstep. You can walk or cycle for miles along the old railway line. It's flat and easy. Head one way to Instow for the beach and cafes, or the other towards Barnstaple.
Bideford itself is a proper working town. There's a long quay to walk along, shops, and a few pubs. The beach at Westward Ho! is about four miles away. Good for surfing. Instow beach is a bit closer, maybe three miles.
If you're into walking, the South West Coast Path is accessible. For a different day out, you can get the ferry from Bideford quay over to Lundy Island.
The flat has WiFi, a TV, and all your bedding and towels are included. It's got heating and everything you need in the kitchen. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
