Riverside Apartment
Riverside Apartment is in Bideford. It's a ground floor flat, sleeps two, with a view straight out over the River Torridge.
It’s got a 4 Star rating. Everything’s on one level and it’s laid out for wheelchair access. The main room is open plan. You get a patio with seating right by the water. There's also a private path through the woods next to the river, and access to a little beach.
Bideford itself is a proper working town. The quay is nice for a wander. You’ve got shops and things a short walk away.
The Tarka Trail runs right past the property. It’s a disused railway line, so it’s flat. Good for walking or cycling. You can follow it one way to Instow, or the other way to Barnstaple.
For beaches, Westward Ho! and Instow are about four miles away. Instow is sandy and calm, Westward Ho! is bigger with waves. The South West Coast Path is close by if you want proper coastal walks.
If you’re here for a while and want a day trip, you can get the boat from Bideford quay to Lundy Island.
The flat has WiFi, a TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There’s a BBQ out on the patio.
