Cobble Cottage is in Appledore. It's a one-bedroom place for two people. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's a bit nicer, but it's still a cottage.
The stairs. They're the old, steep, cottage kind. They're wooden and narrow. You do need to be a bit careful on them.
Downstairs is all one room. There's a sofa, a TV, a little kitchen area, and a wood burner. Upstairs is the bedroom. It's got a double bed and beams in the ceiling. The bathroom is up there too. It's got a roll-top bath and a separate shower cubicle.
There's a small outside area round the back, which is handy for storing bikes or surfboards if you've brought them.
Appledore itself is right there. Cobbled streets, pubs, a few shops, a quay. It's a five-minute walk to everything. You can get the little ferry over the estuary to Instow, which has a sandy beach.
If you want to go further, Westward Ho! beach is a few miles away. RHS Rosemoor gardens are about a 20-minute drive inland. Clovelly is maybe half an hour's drive along the coast. There's golf nearby.
The place has a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. WiFi is there. You can bring up to two dogs.
