The Swallows
The Swallows is a one-bedroom barn conversion in Yelland. It's all on one floor. It's next to another cottage, Oak Tree Cottage, but you've got your own private garden. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom with a shower. You can bring one dog. The layout is open plan, so the kitchen, dining and living area is all one room.
You're about a quarter of a mile from the local pub and the beach at Instow. The beach there is sandy and good for a walk. The Tarka Trail is right nearby for cycling or walking.
Instow village is a short drive or a nice walk. It's got a few shops and places to eat. For a bigger beach day, Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe are all within a 30 minute drive.
In the other direction, Exmoor is about a 30 minute drive. You can also get down to Dartmoor or into North Cornwall in under an hour if you fancy a day trip.
For facilities, you've got the basics covered: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. There's a cot if you need it, bedding and towels are included, and you can park on site. The garden is enclosed.
