The Swallows
The Swallows is one of two cottages here, Grove Cottages. It's a single-storey barn conversion, so everything's on one level. It's on the outskirts of Yelland.
It sleeps two. One bedroom that's just off the living space, and one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. The patio area is enclosed and gets the afternoon sun.
You're a few minutes in the car from Instow. It's a nice, quiet seaside place with a big sandy beach. Good for a walk. The Tarka Trail runs nearby if you're into cycling or a proper long walk. It's a flat path on an old railway line.
Local pub is about a quarter of a mile. They do food. Shops are half a mile for basics.
If you want to surf, the good beaches like Croyde and Woolacombe are about a 25 minute drive. Exmoor is about half an hour away for a different kind of walk. The South West Coast Path is accessible from a few points along the coast.
In the cottage you've got WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. You can bring one dog.
