Pebbles, Horizon View
Pebbles is flat number four in the Horizon View building in Westward Ho! It's on the ground floor. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. You get a fantastic view.
The main thing about it is the view, obviously. The living room has big windows looking straight out over the beach and the sea. There's a balcony that runs the whole width of the flat, so you can sit outside with it.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern and clean. Both bedrooms are doubles, and both have their own bathrooms. One is an en-suite, the other is just next door. That's quite handy.
The kitchen is part of the living space. It's got a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's a TV and the WiFi is usually fine. Everything is on one level and the entrance is step-free, which is good.
You park in the underground car park. It's a private space.
Outside, you're right on the promenade. The beach is a few steps away. It's a two-mile stretch of sand. Westward Ho! itself has the usual seaside things: shops, amusements, places to eat. There's a pub a few minutes walk away.
If you want to walk, the South West Coast Path goes right through. The Royal North Devon Golf Club is very close. Northam Burrows Country Park is just behind the beach. For a day out, you could drive to the Hartland Peninsula, or Arlington Court is about half an hour away.
Things to know: it's an apartment in a modern block, so you'll hear some normal building noise. The balcony is shared with the flat next door, but it's divided by a screen. No pets.
