Luppincott Chambers is part of Webbery Manor Estate, near Stony Cross. It's high up, so you get good views over the Taw and Torridge estuaries. The estate itself is about 30 acres of parkland, woods, and gardens. You'll see sheep and deer about.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both en-suite. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. It's a historic building, so expect thick walls and low beams in places.
It's quite remote. The nearest shops and pubs are about five miles away in Bideford. Bideford's a proper working harbour town with a market. You can get fishing or horse riding within five miles too.
The coast is accessible. Westward Ho! is about a fifteen-minute drive for the beach. For walking, the Tarka Trail is nearby, and you can get to Exmoor or the North Devon coast within half an hour.
For facilities, you've got a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
