Oaktree Cottage
Oaktree Cottage is in Yelland. It's one of a pair of cottages, Grove Cottages, but it's detached. You won't be sharing any walls.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's a bit nicer than basic, comfortable. Most things are on the ground floor, which is handy.
The layout is open plan downstairs. There's a patio garden with a BBQ. It's not a huge garden, but it's yours. Parking is right there.
You can bring one dog. There's a cot if you need it. All bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The local pub is about a quarter of a mile away. Instow village is just down the road, maybe five minutes in the car. It's got a big sandy beach, dunes, a few shops and places to eat. Good for families.
If you like walking or cycling, the Tarka Trail is right there. For surfing, the big beaches are at Croyde and Woolacombe, about half an hour's drive. Exmoor is also within half an hour.
