12 Ocean Point is a top floor apartment in a modern block in Saunton. It's a five minute walk from Saunton Sands beach. That means you can hear the sea at night.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well finished. Everything works properly. Underfloor heating, good Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, that sort of thing.
The main thing is the balcony. It looks straight out over the dunes and the North Devon coast. It's a proper view. You get a private balcony, and there's a shared garden down below if you want it.
For getting around, you have allocated parking right there, and there's a secure gate to the development.
The South West Coast Path runs past the end of the road. For a flat walk or a cycle, the Tarka Trail is nearby. The Saunton Golf Club is right there if you play. Croyde and Woolacombe, which are the big surfing beaches, are a short drive away.
It's a quiet spot, but Braunton is about two miles for shops and bigger pubs. Barnstaple is about eight miles for supermarkets and more.
