12 Ocean Point is a top floor apartment in Saunton. You can see the sea from the front. It's about a five minute walk to Saunton Sands beach.
It's a modern place and sleeps six people. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and finished to a high standard. The floors are warm because of the underfloor heating. It's a duplex, so the stairs inside are quite normal.
You get your own parking space and there's a balcony at the front. There's also a shared garden area.
The beach is really the main thing here. It's a long, flat beach, good for walking and surfing. The South West Coast Path runs right past it. Saunton Golf Club is just up the road if you're into that.
For a change of scene, Croyde and Woolacombe are a short drive away. They're busier, with more shops and places to eat. The Tarka Trail is nearby for cycling.
Inside, you've got a washing machine, a dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. The place is not suitable for pets. For bigger groups, you can rent the apartment next door as well.
