Sheerwater is a first floor apartment in Appledore. It looks out over the estuary, so you can sit and watch the boats. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well equipped.
It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on site and WiFi. No pets, sorry.
You're right in the village. There's a shop a few minutes walk away. A pub and a restaurant are even closer, about 400 yards.
You can walk out the door and straight onto the South West Coast Path. That'll take you north to Northam Burrows and Westward Ho! beach, which is good for surfing. Going south, you can walk towards Instow.
Bideford is three miles away. From there you can get the boat trip out to Lundy Island if you want to see the puffins. The Tarka Trail is good for cycling. Clovelly is about a 30 minute drive, and RHS Rosemoor Gardens is roughly the same.
