Sea Side
Sea Side is a first-floor apartment in Westward Ho! It looks straight out over the sea, across the pebble ridge and the beach. The view is the main thing. You can see Lundy Island on a clear day.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be joined to make a double. The third bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out bed underneath.
The living room and the main bedroom both have patio doors that open onto a long balcony. It’s furnished so you can sit outside. The apartment is all on one level, which is handy. There’s parking on site.
The kitchen is modern and has the usual things: dishwasher, washing machine. It’s open plan with the living area. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. The property is rated 5 Star.
You can bring one dog. The beach is right there, so that’s easy for them. The property is wheelchair accessible at the entrance.
Westward Ho! itself is small. There are shops, cafes, and pubs a short walk away. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coast around here. For good walks, the Tarka Trail and the South West Coast Path are on the doorstep.
If you drive, Appledore is about ten minutes away. Bideford is fifteen minutes. The surfing beaches at Croyde and Saunton are about half an hour. You can get to Exmoor or the edge of Dartmoor in under an hour.
