Kingsley Cottage
This is Kingsley Cottage in Instow. It's a semi-detached, so it's joined on to one other place. The big deal is that the beach is basically at the bottom of the garden. It's that close.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, and both have their own bathrooms. It's a 4 Star, so it's comfortable and everything's in good order.
You can see the sea from the front. The inside is done in that light, beachy New England style. There's a pub about 50 yards away that does a dine-at-home service for guests here, which is handy.
The village is quiet, with a good stretch of sand and dunes. The Tarka Trail path for walking and cycling runs right past. There's a shop a few minutes walk away.
Bideford is three miles if you need more shops or family things. Exmoor and Dartmoor are both within an hour's drive if you fancy a day out.
For facilities: it comes with WiFi, a washing machine, a cot and highchair if you need them, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to three dogs.
