Kingsley Cottage is in Instow. It's right by the beach, literally across the road. You can see the sea from the front. It's one of a pair of cottages, attached to another. The garden is yours, and it's enclosed.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's decorated in a light, seaside sort of way.
The village is quiet. There are a couple of pubs about fifty yards away. One of them does a takeaway service for cottage guests if you don't want to go out. There's a shop up the road.
The beach is sandy and good for walking. The Tarka Trail is right there for cycling or a long walk. If you like cricket, the club is just along the front. You can watch a match with the sea in the background.
Bideford is about three miles away if you need more shops or supermarkets. There are a few family attractions there too.
For a day out, Exmoor is about half an hour's drive. Dartmoor is a bit further, maybe forty-five minutes. You can also get to the North Cornwall coast in under an hour.
What's there: Washing machine, WiFi, TV, a cot and highchair if needed. Bedding and towels are included. There's a BBQ and the garden is enclosed. No pets, sorry.
