Scottie's Retreat
Scottie's Retreat is a bungalow in Chivenor. It's semi-detached. The parking is about 70 yards up the lane, you'll see the space. It's on the edge of a private estate, so it's quiet. The back and side look over fields.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. Everything is on the ground floor. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. There's a step down into the living room, just so you know.
You're on the outskirts of Braunton. The shop is a couple of minutes' walk. A pub and a restaurant are about five minutes. Braunton itself is a big village with everything you need. It's useful.
The beaches are the main thing. Saunton, Croyde, and Woolacombe are a short drive away, maybe ten or fifteen minutes. You've got the Tarka Trail for cycling nearby too. The North Devon National Landscape site has good maps for walking.
Within half an hour you can get to Barnstaple for shopping, or Ilfracombe. The Big Sheep farm park is about twenty minutes away. Exmoor is maybe forty minutes if you fancy a drive.
What's here: there's a washing machine, TV, WiFi. The bedding and towels are included. There's a patio with a table. One well-behaved dog is allowed. The bathroom has a shower with a seat in it.
