Ivory Cottage is a two-bedroom place near Woolacombe. It sleeps four. There's a double room and a room with bunk beds. One bathroom with a bath and shower, all upstairs.
Downstairs is open plan. Kitchen, living area, dining space. It's got a washing machine and a dishwasher. There's an electric fire and a Smart TV.
It's on a big estate, so you share the grounds. There's a heated outdoor swimming pool, children's play areas, and a clubhouse with a pool table and Wi-Fi. You can walk around the estate. The Tarka Trail and the South West Coast Path are right there for longer walks. The Tarka Trail is good because it's flat, on an old railway line.
Woolacombe beach is about two and a half miles away. It's a huge sandy beach, very good for surfing. The village has shops, cafes, and a small cinema in a hotel.
Within about half an hour's drive, you've got other beaches like Croyde and Saunton Sands. Exmoor National Park is about ten miles away. The Exmoor National Park site has walking routes and information about the Dark Sky Reserve. There are family places like The Big Sheep or Combe Martin Wildlife Park.
In terms of facilities, it's got most things you'd need. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair. On-site parking. You can bring up to two dogs. The pool is shared and is open seasonally.
It's a 4 Star place, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The stairs are a typical cottage staircase, so they're a bit steeper than in a modern house.
