Ivory Cottage is on an estate near Woolacombe. It's one of a pair of cottages, called Ivory and Pump. You can book them together if you've got a bigger group.
Inside, it sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. The bathroom is up there too, it has a bath with a shower over it. Downstairs is all open plan: kitchen, living area, dining table. It's got a washing machine, dishwasher, an electric fire and a Smart TV.
Outside, you share the grounds with the other cottage and the main house. There's a heated outdoor swimming pool you can use, and a kids' play area. The estate land leads straight out onto the South West Coast Path and the Tarka Trail, so you can walk for miles.
Woolacombe beach is about two and a half miles away. It's a long, sandy beach, good for surfing. The village has shops, cafes, and a couple of restaurants. There's even a small cinema in one of the hotels.
If you want to explore, Exmoor National Park is about ten miles away. The coast east towards Lynton and Lynmouth is very dramatic. For other beaches, Saunton Sands and Croyde are a short drive away, maybe fifteen minutes.
As for facilities: it's all there. WiFi, parking, bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs. The pool is open in the warmer months.
