The Harrow
The Harrow is one of a few cottages on a farm in Berrynarbor. It's a two-bedroom semi-detached place, sleeps four. We had it redecorated a few years ago. It's a 4 Star, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
You've got your own sun terrace out the front. It gets the sun from late morning until early evening. There's outdoor furniture there. Inside, it's all open plan downstairs: the living room, dining area, and kitchen are together. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's a Smart TV.
The bedrooms and bathroom are on the lower ground floor. One double, one twin. The bathroom has a bath with an electric shower over it. The stairs down are fairly steep. Just so you know.
Outside, you share the grounds with the other cottages. There's a big, flat paddock, good for kids or dogs to run in. There's a field opposite with our two Shetland ponies. We've also got a small play area, a lawn with seating, an orchard, and a covered games room with table tennis, darts, and table football. There's a separate laundry room with washing machines and a shared freezer with a labelled drawer for you.
You can bring two dogs.
Berrynarbor is a quiet village in a valley. Combe Martin beach is about two miles away for those sunsets. Ilfracombe harbour is close, about ten minutes in the car. Damien Hirst's 'Verity' statue is there on the pier. The Exmoor National Park is only about fifteen minutes' drive. The South West Coast Path is right there for walking.
In terms of facilities, it's all included: bedding, towels, WiFi, parking. We provide a cot and highchair. There's a BBQ you can use.
