The Harrow

The Harrow is in Berrynarbor. It's a semi-detached cottage. You get a private sun terrace out the back. It catches the sun from late morning onwards.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms downstairs, one double and one twin. There's one bathroom with a bath and an electric shower over it. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after.

The living area is open plan with a kitchen, dining table, and sofa. There's a Smart TV and a dishwasher. The stairs go down to the bedrooms, which is fairly common around here.

Outside, there are shared grounds with a big, flat paddock. Good for kids and dogs. There's a field opposite where we keep two Shetland ponies. There's a small play area, a covered games room with table tennis and things, and an orchard. There's a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a freezer.

Berrynarbor itself is a quiet village in a valley. The local pub is a short walk. Combe Martin beach is about two miles away. Ilfracombe is a ten minute drive. It's got a harbour, places to eat, and Damien Hirst's big statue on the pier.

Within half an hour you can get to a lot. There's the Combe Martin Wildlife Park, Watermouth Castle, and the start of the Tarka Trail for cycling. Exmoor National Park is about twenty minutes away. Lynton and Lynmouth are a bit further, maybe half an hour, where you can get the cliff railway down to the sea front.

You can bring up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on site. We also have a cot and a highchair if you need them.
