Mill Meadow Cottage is a converted barn in East Down. It's detached, next to a stable yard. There's a small brook running by it and it looks out over fields and a pond.
It's for two people only. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The decking area outside is private. You can sit out there.
It's a quiet spot. If you want a pub, the nearest is about a mile's walk. The Corn Mill is close by. For a shop or a beach, you need to drive to Combe Martin. That takes about fifteen minutes.
The North Devon coast is about a twenty minute drive. Woolacombe and Croyde have good surfing and long beaches. The coastal path is there for walking. Inland, you've got the Tarka Trail for cycling. It's a former railway line, so it's flat and traffic-free.
For facilities, you've got an en-suite shower, a washing machine, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a BBQ and a garden area. There's also storage if you bring bikes.
