Chalky Blue
Chalky Blue is a garden apartment in Combe Martin. You get your own bit of garden and patio. There's a veranda made of oak. The view is out to sea.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It’s a 4 Star place, so it’s comfortable. Everything is on one level, no stairs to worry about.
The front hall is big, so there's space for coats and bags and walking boots. Pets are allowed, one dog. We leave you a bottle of fizz when you arrive.
You're very close to the sea here. The harbour and the beach are less than a five-minute walk. There are cafes, pubs, and fish and chip shops right there. The coast path is on the doorstep if you want a walk.
Combe Martin itself has shops and a few galleries. The Tunnels Beaches and the big sea pool at Ilfracombe are about a ten-minute drive. For surfing, the good beaches like Woolacombe and Croyde are a 15 to 20-minute drive away.
You can get boat trips from Ilfracombe or Combe Martin to Lundy Island, or just along the coast.
Facilities wise, it's got a dishwasher, wifi, and the bedding and towels are included. There's parking. The garden is enclosed.
