This is flat number 5 at Ocean Point in Saunton. It's one of the newer apartments there, built a few years ago.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well finished and comfortable. The living space is on the first floor so you get the view.
The view is the main thing. You look straight out over the beach and the sea. It's a duplex, so the bedrooms are downstairs on the ground floor.
You're about a five minute walk from Saunton Sands. It's a huge, long beach. Good for walking, surfing if you're into that, or just sitting. The coastal path runs right past it. You can walk to Croyde or towards Braunton.
There's a gated entrance and your own parking space. It has underfloor heating, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The garden is shared with the other flats, but it's well kept and there's usually a quiet spot.
Saunton golf club is right next door if you play. For a day out, Braunton Burrows is an interesting walk, or the Tarka Trail for cycling. Woolacombe and Croyde are a short drive away.
