Dolphin Cottage is in Braunton, in a terrace of similar houses. It's a three bed place, sleeps five, good for a family. There's a double, a twin, and a bunk room. One bathroom upstairs with a bath and a shower attachment.
Downstairs, you've got separate rooms: a living room and a dining room. The kitchen has what you need and a washer/dryer. Door leads out to the back garden. It's enclosed, so it's safe for dogs. There's a table and chairs out there.
Parking is on the street, usually right outside. There's also a car park a short walk away that's free after 6pm.
Braunton's a big village. It's got shops, pubs, cafes. You're about two and a half miles from the sea. The beaches around here are very good for surfing. Saunton Sands, Croyde, Putsborough, Woolacombe. All within a ten or fifteen minute drive.
The Tarka Trail runs nearby. It's good for cycling or walking, follows the old railway line. For a big walk, you've got the sand dunes at Braunton Burrows behind Saunton beach.
Within half an hour you can be up on Exmoor, or at places like Ilfracombe. Barnstaple is just down the road if you need bigger shops.
The facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. We accept up to two dogs.
