Dolphin Cottage

Dolphin Cottage is a terraced house on a street in Braunton. It's got three bedrooms upstairs for five people, plus a family bathroom with a bath. Downstairs there's a living room, a separate dining room, and a kitchen. The door from the kitchen leads out to a small, enclosed back garden with a table and chairs. It's secure for dogs.

Parking is on the street. You can usually get a space right outside. There's also a pay-and-display car park a short walk away which is free after six in the evening.

The village has everything you need. Shops, cafes, a few pubs. One of them, The Squire, is about fifty yards from the front door. They do food. Braunton's big for a village, it's got a proper high street.

You're here for the beaches. Saunton Sands, Croyde, Putsborough, and Woolacombe are all a short drive away. They're some of the best surfing beaches in the country. If you don't surf, they're just great beaches. Saunton has massive dunes behind it, which are good for walks.

The Tarka Trail starts nearby. It's a flat path on an old railway line, good for cycling or walking. For golf, Saunton Golf Club is about three miles away.

Further out, you've got Exmoor National Park about half an hour's drive. Barnstaple is the main town for shopping, about fifteen minutes by car.

The cottage has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. We accept up to two well-behaved dogs.
