This apartment is called Bliss. It's on the front in Westward Ho! You're up one floor, so you get a decent view out over the sea from the main living room and the balcony.
It's a two-bedroom place, sleeps four. Two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's a step up. Everything's new and clean. The balcony is private, just for you. You can sit out there with a drink. It's got a table and chairs.
The living area is open plan, so it feels spacious. Big windows to look at the sea. It's part of the baby-friendly collection, so we can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
Westward Ho! beach is right there. It's a long, sandy beach, good for walking. The town has the usual shops, cafes, and pubs. It's all very close.
For a day out, you could drive to Instow, which is nice, or go inland to the Tarka Trail for cycling. Bideford is a short drive away. Hartland Point and the lighthouse are about half an hour's drive, very rugged coastline.
Things you get: dishwasher, WiFi, parking on site. It's described as a seaside and luxury property. No pets allowed, sorry.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust looks after a lot of the coast nearby. The North Devon National Landscape site has good information on the area too.
