Little Southwood

The main room is the living room. It has a wood burner, which works well. The dining table is in the hallway, which has flagstone floors. The kitchen has what you'd need. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Out the back there's an enclosed courtyard with seating and a barbecue. There's a cold water tap out there with a shower head on it, which is handy for washing sand off dogs or boots.
Buckland Brewer has a shop and a pub, both are walkable. Bideford is about five miles away for more shops and pubs by the estuary. Barnstaple is about fifteen miles.
For the coast, Westward Ho! is the nearest, about a fifteen minute drive. The bigger beaches like Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe are within half an hour. The South West Coast Path is all along there for walking. Exmoor National Park is about a half hour drive east.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, WiFi, TV, bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There's parking.
