The Threshing Barn is one of two barns here in Cranford. It's a three-bedroom place that sleeps six. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating.
You're out in the country here. It's quiet. There's a field you can use to let dogs run about, and a separate area with a picnic table that has a good view across the valley.
The coast is about a mile away. Bucks Mills beach is a short drive. It's dog friendly and a mix of sand and shingle. The South West Coast Path is right there too. You can walk along it towards Clovelly or Peppercombe.
There's a village shop half a mile away. A pub that does food is about a mile and a half. For a bigger town, Bideford is close. You can get boat trips to Lundy Island from there, or hire bikes for the Tarka Trail.
Other places within a half hour drive include RHS Rosemoor, Hartland Quay, and the villages of Instow and Appledore. The Big Sheep and Milky Way are nearby if you've got kids.
A few practical things. There's a woodburning stove, a dishwasher, and an enclosed garden. Bedding and towels are included. We can take two dogs. There's parking and an electric vehicle charger. If you want to organise a supermarket delivery before you arrive, let me know and I'll put it away for you.
