Old Mill is one of two places on the farm. It's a converted mill building. It sleeps seven, which means three bedrooms split between a king, a twin, and a triple bunk room with a single on top and a double below. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The main thing is the space. The living room is big with a high ceiling. There's a wood burner. The kitchen is decent. The garden is enclosed and it's all yours. You can sit out there. It looks over our fields.
You're in the Ruby Country here. It's farmland, not the coast. Bradworthy village is about two miles away. It's got a shop and a pub. The coast is a drive. Bude is about twenty minutes, maybe half an hour if the tractors are out. That's for surfing. Clovelly and Hartland are more for dramatic scenery, also within half an hour.
If you walk, there's a footpath that goes through our land. About 40 acres of fields and a bit of woodland. You're welcome to wander. There are three fishing lakes on the farm. They're coarse fishing. You need your own rod.
For a day out with kids, The Big Sheep or The Milky Way are nearby. The Tarka Trail for cycling is about eight miles away. Riding can be arranged locally.
Facilities: Washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. We can provide a cot and a highchair. The garden is enclosed. You can bring dogs, up to three.
