Oak Cottage is in West Town, Devon. It's a converted cider press, in a little courtyard with a few other barns. It's quiet out here, very rural. You share about 16 acres of grounds with the other cottages. It's a bit wild, the Devon Wildlife Trust call it a Wildlife Site.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a nice place. There's a woodburning stove for winter, and it's open plan downstairs. The stairs are there, we've got a stairgate at the top if you need it.
You can bring one dog. There's a patio garden area for the cottage. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right here.
The nearest shop and pub is about a mile and a half away. The coast is close, maybe four miles to the nearest beach. Bucks Mills and Clovelly are lovely villages to poke around. Clovelly is famous for its steep cobbled street and donkeys. You can get boat trips to Lundy Island from Bideford.
If you've got kids, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way are about a 30 minute drive for a day out. For gardens, RHS Rosemoor is good. For a big sandy beach and surf, Westward Ho! is about 12 miles.
