Tamarisk

Tamarisk is on our farm in Hartland. It's one of three cottages on the site. The view from your patio is over fields towards the coast. You can see Lundy Island on a clear day.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place so it's well-finished and comfortable. It's open plan downstairs.

You're on a working farm. We've got horses, donkeys, sheep, and chickens. There's a field you can use to let dogs off the lead safely. There's also an outdoor tap with a hose for cleaning sandy dogs or boots.

The cottage is about three miles from the coast. The coastal path is a mile away. You can walk to places like Hartland Quay from here if you don't mind a fair trek. For a shorter drive, the beach at Sandymouth is about twenty minutes away. Bude and Westward Ho! are within half an hour if you want bigger beaches with surfing.

Hartland village is a mile away. It's got a couple of shops, a post office, a chip shop, and three pubs that all serve food. They're all dog-friendly.

For days out, Hartland Abbey is close. Clovelly is about a fifteen minute drive. The Tarka Trail is good for cycling. There's also fishing and watersports at Tamar Lakes, which is about a twenty minute drive.

Facilities: it's got a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside. The garden is enclosed. You can bring up to two dogs.
