The Square is in Hartland. It’s a terraced house, right on the village square. It used to be the draper’s shop.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. There’s a wood burner in the living room, which is decent sized. The stairs are fairly standard.
Out the back there's an enclosed garden. It gets the sun in the afternoon and you look out over the valley. Out the front you're facing the square.
The village is quiet. There are three pubs, all about 50 yards away. They all do food. There’s a shop and a cafe just up the road.
This is a very good area if you have dogs. There are dog-friendly beaches nearby. The property allows up to three pets.
Hartland Quay and the coastline are about two miles. It's dramatic, good for walks. The South West Coast Path runs through. Hartland Point lighthouse is worth a trip.
For a day out, Clovelly is close. It’s a steep, cobbled street down to the harbour. For surfing, Westward Ho! and Bude are within a 30 minute drive. The Big Sheep and The Milky Way adventure parks are also about half an hour away.
In terms of facilities, it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on the square.
