Haven Heights
Haven Heights is in Martinhoe, up on the cliffs above Woody Bay. It's a first-floor apartment in the old Victorian hotel building. You get there by an outside staircase.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. One is a kingsize with a sea view, the other is a twin. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The main room is big, with a sofa, a table, and a kitchen area off to the side. There's a separate utility room with the washing machine. Everything works. The view from the front windows is the main thing - you look straight out over the Bristol Channel to the Welsh coast.
Outside, by the parking spot, there's a small private patio with a couple of chairs.
You're right on the Southwest Coast Path here. You can walk to Heddon's Mouth or Crock Point from the door. The village of Lynmouth is about four miles down the hill. It's got a beach, a harbour, and that cliff railway. The Exmoor National Park website has good walking information.
The facilities are all there: dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's an electric vehicle charger. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
For a day out, Combe Martin is about 15 minutes by car. Ilfracombe is maybe 25 minutes. Arlington Court is just over half an hour away.
