Haven Heights is in the old Woody Bay Hotel building up in Martinhoe. It's a first-floor apartment, so you get a view. The view is the main thing. You can see right out across the Bristol Channel to Wales on a clear day.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. One's a kingsize with the sea view, the other has twin beds. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, not luxury. Everything works.
You get to it by an external staircase from the car park. It's not steep, but it's stairs. There's a small private patio area by the parking space with a couple of chairs.
You're right on the edge of Exmoor here. The South West Coast Path is literally on the doorstep. A walk to Heddon's Mouth from here is a good one. Lynmouth is about four miles down the coast. You can drive, or walk it if you're feeling energetic. They've got the cliff railway there, pubs, and a shingle beach.
Inside, there's a living room with the view, a decent kitchen with a dishwasher, and a utility room with a washing machine. There's WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can take one well-behaved dog. There's an electric vehicle charger in the car park.
