The Loft
The Loft is in Lynton. It's an apartment on the second floor, above an art gallery. The building is Victorian, typical for the town.
It's set up for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean. You get a living room, and a kitchen with all the basics. There's a small, shared garden you can use.
Lynton is small. It feels quite Victorian and it's right on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The Valley of the Rocks is about a mile west. It's a dry valley next to the sea, worth seeing.
You can walk to Lynmouth, or take the cliff railway. The path by the river at Watersmeet is good for a walk. That's a National Trust site.
This is a Dark Sky Reserve, so the night sky is very clear if the weather's right.
For a big beach day, Woolacombe or Saunton Sands are about a 30 minute drive. They're good for surfing. Exmoor National Park is all around for walking.
There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
