Durcombe Water Annexe is a studio for two people, attached to our house in Barbrook. It's got its own little lawn and deck out the front, with a proper view down the valley. You can sit out there and not see us at all.
It's one open-plan room with a king size bed, a kitchen area with a breakfast bar, and a TV. The bathroom has a good shower. There's a washing machine too. You park on our drive, then there are 13 steps up to the annexe door. They're wide steps, but it's an incline.
We're in Exmoor National Park, about four miles from Lynmouth. The coast there is dramatic. There are two pubs within a few miles' drive. The area is very quiet and dark at night, which is nice if you like stargazing.
For walking, you're right on the edge of the moor. The coastal path is nearby. Lynmouth has a harbour and is connected to Lynton by the cliff railway. You can visit Watersmeet for a woodland walk by the river.
You can bring one dog. All the bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi.
