Burlington is a first floor apartment above an art gallery on a Victorian terrace in Lynton. It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom.
The main room is a decent size. There's a kitchen area at one end with what you'll need, and a living space with a TV. It's clean and straightforward, a 3 Star place. You share a small garden out the back with the guests from The Loft, which is the apartment above.
Lynton itself is a small town on the edge of Exmoor. You can walk straight out the door onto some good paths. The Valley of the Rocks is about a mile west, it's a strange dry valley right by the sea. Worth seeing. Lynmouth is the village down by the harbour, linked by a cliff railway. It's about a fifteen minute walk down, or you can drive.
There are pubs, cafes, and shops a short walk away. For a longer walk, Watersmeet is nearby. It's a National Trust spot with a river and waterfalls. National Trust Watersmeet.
If you drive, the big North Devon beaches like Woolacombe and Croyde are within half an hour. Exmoor itself is all around for walking. Being in a Dark Sky Reserve means the stars can be very clear on a good night.
Facilities: bedding and towels are included, there's WiFi, and a TV. There's no private parking, you'd use the public car parks in town. Sorry, no pets.
