Rivers View is on the edge of Braunton. It's an end-of-terrace cottage. Sleeps five, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom.
It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and clean, not luxurious. The living room has a wood burner, which is nice on a cooler evening. The kitchen has what you need.
There's a small sun room at the back, off the courtyard. It gets the afternoon light. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you have dogs or kids.
Braunton itself has shops, pubs, and places to eat. It's a proper village. You're about three miles from Saunton Sands, which is a long, flat beach good for walking and surfing. Croyde Bay is about four miles away, that's more for surf.
Right on the doorstep is Braunton Burrows, the big dune system. You can walk straight into it from the village. The South West Coast Path runs through there too. It's a good base for walking.
For days out, Barnstaple is about six miles away for bigger shops. Ilfracombe is about ten miles. Exmoor is within half an hour's drive.
Facilities wise: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to three pets. There's parking for one car on the drive.
