Magnolia Cottage
Magnolia Cottage is in Appledore. It's detached, so no neighbours to worry about, and it was just finished in 2023 so everything is new.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There are two bedrooms upstairs with big beds that can be split into twins if you like. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has its own shower room, which is handy. There's one main bathroom upstairs.
The garden is fully enclosed with a patio and a bit of lawn. Good for sitting out, and there's a barbecue. Parking for two cars on the drive.
Appledore village is about a mile away. It's nice for a walk, good views across to Instow. Westward Ho! beach, which is good for surfing, is about two miles.
For days out, Barnstaple is a short drive for shops. The Tarka Trail is good for cycling. Arlington Court and Watermouth Castle are both within about half an hour. Exmoor is also easily reached.
The kitchen's got a dishwasher and washing machine. All bedding and towels are included. It's got wifi and smart TVs. You can bring up to two dogs.
