Barn Cottage
Barn Cottage is part of Keld Head Farm, just outside Pickering. It's a stone-built cottage set around a courtyard. It's for two people.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. The layout is upside down, so the bedroom and bathroom are downstairs. Upstairs is the living area and kitchen. There are beams and a stone fireplace.
The bedroom has a king-size bed. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.
The cottage looks out over fields with sheep and cows. It's quiet. You can hear a fountain in the courtyard.
Pickering is about a 15 minute walk away. It's a market town. It's got the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, the castle, shops, pubs and cafes.
The North York Moors National Park is about ten minutes by car. For the coast, Whitby and Scarborough are within 40 minutes. York is about 40 minutes drive too.
There are other cottages here if you're coming with a bigger group. They share a big enclosed garden with a lawn, a play area for kids, a BBQ, and games like badminton.
Inside the cottage there's a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. You can bring a cot if you need one. No pets.
