Four Seasons is a cottage in Pickering. It's on a normal town street, about a minute's walk from the market square.
The house sleeps six, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. That's useful, means less queueing in the morning. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The stairs are steep and a bit narrow though, so watch your step.
There's a multi fuel stove in the living room. We leave you some logs to get started. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got dogs or kids.
Pickering has everything you need. Shops, pubs, cafes, all a short walk away. The castle is worth a look, and the church has these old paintings inside. The North York Moors Railway steam train starts here. It goes through the moors to Whitby.
You're right on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. Great for walking straight from the door. Dalby Forest is about ten minutes by car. For a day out, the coast at Whitby or Robin Hood's Bay is roughly half an hour's drive. Scarborough is about the same.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can take up to two dogs. There's also a cot, highchair and some kids' plates and things if you need them.
