Rosedale
This is Rosedale. It's one of a few cottages here in Pickering, off Hungate. They're in old outbuildings around a main house. The gardens are shared with the other cottages and they're quite nice. There's a play area with a swing.
The cottage sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after. The owners live on site.
You're right in the town. The local pub is a short walk. There's a swimming pool about three minutes away. For a big shop or a day out, you're close to everything. The North York Moors start just outside town.
The North Yorkshire Moors Railway steam trains run from Pickering. You can take a trip to Grosmont. Dalby Forest is about fifteen minutes by car for walking or cycling. The coast at Scarborough or Whitby is roughly half an hour's drive. York is about forty minutes away.
Inside, there's a wood burning stove. They provide logs. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on site. No pets.
